To provide unparallel customer service our appointments are scheduled on a one-on-one basis. Therefore, your appointment time has been reserved just for you. If for any reason, you are unable to attend to your appointment, we value your courtesy to call and cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours notice for packages of multiple services.
